respect

i've been wondering... how to 'upgrade' the respect i got in shopfloor from my staffs. Their respect level for me is friend. i need them to respect me more as in the decisions, the roster, the whatever. I know they have their own thoughts about that. They maybe think its just a small case.. they may think its nothing. But i just couldn't get them to put themselves in my shoes. They just wouldn't. Roster change and change again. Its an AUTO- knock off system in our store. Do wrong thing still got the cheek to throw temper. Whatever that goes in the left ear comes out from the right. Expecting so damn much when they are already having better roster than buddy stores. Worse still they actually try to tell u that the morning shifts isn't balance among the staffs when the staff who had less due to replacement off. Do AUTO swap of shifts themselves. Choose timing for breaks. Work days also choose. choose already want to go home early. I like this shift so put me this shift. I don't like that shift, you don't put me that shift.

WTF! YOUR FATHER COMPANY ARH?! DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE ARH?! SHYT LA! DON'T THINK I YOUNG CAN BULLY ME!! YOU TREAT ME LIKE IDIOT OR MORON? THAT BLOODY ROSTER HAD BEEN CHANGE FOR A DAMN MILLION TIMES! YOU THINK I VERY FREE ARH? CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE, VERY FUN IZZIT?!?


PLEASE SHOW SOME RESPECT FOR ME! I'M NOT HERE FOR NOTHING!! JILAKABUTO! PLEASE DRAW A LINE BETWEEN FRIENDS (OFF WORK TIME) AND IN CHARGE (DURING WORK TIME)!! I NEED THE VERY BASIC RESPECT AT WORK!! I'M NO LONGER AN SA LIKE LAST TIME! I NEED AND SEEK THE COOPERATIONS AND RESPECT DURING WORK. I AM NOT PAID TO SERVE YOU CHANGING YOUR ROSTER!
