Season Change coming up!!!!!

Due to season change coming up, my store had been seriously busy. Juggling customer serivce aka sales and getting chores to be done are very difficult. gotta do transfer of stock (scanning per pc by per pc), clearing reservations(calling a customer at a time), packing up storeroom(to make space for new stk), taking stk (the qty by size by color, etc.. other than that i still have to deal with several stuffs like the recent N.K.WAR ( N.K. 大战), roster, paperworks for season change(go thru the remain PLUS, the guideline, writing down PLUs etc), reshufflement, full shifts, staff resignations, the MSP result not up to expectation and the upcoming FULL stock take 0.o .

Manpower is in serious shortage.

Besides all these, i had a very very very unforseen situation. I strained my back muscles while i pack the B stocks today! *faints* i still have to pack stock tomorrow and season change the day after tomorrow. i can only hope for getting better in the speed-iest way.

Other than the strained back, nothing else actually caused much problem. Things seem to have settled one by one orderly and peacefully. (= great.

And something that is really really very very unexpected happened. hmms. should say a very rare and weird reaction from jennifer loh( our 大妈; A.M.) after i told her i delayed operating hours for an hour which i suppose no matter what i will get a very good scolding from her 1st. but she told me it is not my fault and it is the agility fault for not coming down to my shop 1st and she will drop an email to agility for an answer. 0.o rare occasion to have this happen.

(= I thank God for another wonderful day. A day that went pass smoothly without much problem.
