Horrible day, due to my terrible voice. i drank don't know how many bottles of honey lemon, and honey aloe vera but my voice is still like that. For the whole day, not in mood to serve customers; have been keeping concentration on the stupid KPI board which is due this month end?! haaa. so busy ya.
